Program Design
Our basketball training model is designed for all players who are determined to become an elite player. Our academy is for the player who realizes that becoming great is a daily task. This training program is for the committed player who desires to become the best student-athlete they can be academically and athletically. Custom-made, 12-month basketball training program
Twelve months of customized drills guaranteed to improve your skill level and raise your game to the next level Year round customized strength training to improve your athleticism and improve your performance on the court
5 Segments of Basketball Training
1) Pre-Season Training (September - October)
Intensive drilling on the court
Heavy emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
2) In-Season Training (November - February)
Moderate individualized drilling on the court
Moderate emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
Assimilation into Team Concepts
3) Post-Season Training (March-May)

Culmination of college selection process for seniors
